Our main project is described elsewhere on this site: Kirrkirr, a graphical Java interface to the Warlpiri dictionary. You can find some screen shots and a demo there.

Formatted versions of the Warlpiri dictionary

The formatted XML text that lies behind the application can also be used to generate nicely formatted printed versions. Here are demonstrations of the kind of printed versions that we can produce (as Postscript files):

Errors in the current version of the Warlpiri dictionary

Our automated processing builds up a list of errors (or at least what it thinks are errors!) in the current Warlpiri dictionary materials. We have a file of only structural errors [195kb] and a file of all found errors [1.2Mb]. It is only going to be of interest to you if you are working on the dictionary. [Updated: 14 August 2001, based on the Wrlpdic-2001-05-18 version of the dictionary. The line numbers relate to a concatenation of all the original source files.]
