Either check Random Ad for a random ad (from a selection of 200) or check This Ad and enter an ad into the box provided. (The ad should be either plain ASCII text (with line breaks) or in a particular SGML format, which is not documented here but is used in the random examples. Note that you need to make an entered ad really look like a real estate for sale ad -- e.g., not all lower case -- or the program will simply reject it as not a real estate for sale ad.)

demonstration purposes and is not intended for real use.
The demonstration uses a weighted
random sample so that the proportion of real estate ads in the sample
(about 2/3) is double that of the data in general (about 1/3 real estate
for sale), but the data is otherwise randomly chosen authentic data.
